Zoology is one of the premier European sons by Champion Australian sire Zoustar out of the American-bred mare Dream Ahead. The Royal Ascot stakes-placed 5-year-old was purchased from the UK’s Harry Eustace in partnership with Ciaron Maher and Qatar Bloodstock, following performances against some of Europe’s strongest milers.

As one of the premier trainers of overseas imports, the Ciaron Maher Racing team is confident that Zoology can follow in the footsteps of the likes of Gold Trip, Sir Dragonet, and 2024 Melbourne Cup favourite Circle Of Fire. The team has partnered with original owner Qatar Bloodstock, who has a phenomenal record with Group 1 milers, having recently raced European Champions Roaring Lion and Kameko.
